Our Founder: Jan Spruijt
Innovative Dutch was founded in 2012 by Jan Spruijt, a seasoned educator, entrepreneur, and expert in innovation management. Jan’s journey began in academia and expanded into the corporate world, where he recognized the growing need for innovative, practical learning solutions. Combining deep expertise with an open, equal, and engaging approach to teaching, Jan developed a series of business simulation games that have been implemented in over 25 countries. His tools are currently used by top-ranking universities like TU Eindhoven, Warwick Business School, and Bayes Business School, as well as leading corporations seeking to enhance leadership programs.
