The Business Ecosystems Game, developed in collaboration with the Eindhoven University of Technology, is an advanced simulation played in more than 20 countries across business and education sectors. It provides a comprehensive introduction to innovation ecosystems, focusing on microfoundations of creative leadership and collaborative innovation, firm-level processes, strategies for leveraging ecosystems, and macro-level system dynamics of innovation.
